Shipping and opening hours over Christmas and New Year at HIGHSTORE

The holiday season is approaching, and we want to help you receive your orders on time. Here are our opening and shipping hours for the holidays and New Year:
Shipping times before Christmas
Orders placed by 17:00 on December 20, 2024 will be delivered in time for Christmas (assuming the postal service delivers on time).
On December 23, 2024 : We will ship orders as usual (no Saturday delivery).
On December 24, 2024 : Orders received by 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day (no Saturday delivery).
On the Christmas holidays
On December 24, 2024, the store will only be open until 4:00 PM.
December 25, 2024 and December 26, 2024 : No shipping or customer support and the store will remain closed.
Between the holidays
December 27, 2024 : Shipping is ongoing as usual, and our store is open.
December 28, 2024 : The store is open, but no shipping takes place (Saturday).
30.12.2024: The store is open, but no shipping takes place
31.12.2024: The store is open until 16:00, but no shipping takes place
On New Year's Day
We will be closed from January 1, 2025, to January 2, 2025. During this time:
No shipping.
The store remains closed.
Customer support is not available.
From January 3, 2025, the store will be open as usual, but no parcels will be shipped. Parcels will not be shipped as usual until January 6, 2025.
Note on delivery times
Please note that we cannot account for delays or errors on the part of the postal service. Therefore, please order early to ensure your packages arrive on time.
