 The relative humidity is between 54%-58%
 Due to its gel-like consistency, Boveda dries out very slowly. When Boveda no longer becomes gel-like but hardens, it's used up and needs to be replaced.
 The shelf life is strongly influenced by the size of the storage box/humidor, the amount of tobacco to be preserved, as well as the ambient humidity and temperature. Depending on the location, the shelf life can range from a few weeks to almost a year.
